GUIDELINES FOR CONTRIBUTING CONTENT

1. Upload your audio, photo, or video on any public media sharing or social networking site such as Flickr, Facebook, or YouTube and send us the public link.
2. Provide us with the embed code for video and audio contributions if possible.
3. Provide us a complete description of your photo, multimedia gallery, audio, or video.
4. You can send essays, news articles, and letters-to-the-editor directly via the submission form.

We require a valid email address especially if you are contributing content to the website. Please note that contributed content will be screened first before getting published.
