International observers witness PCOS testing in Davao

for photo report 2 PM: Orientation with area coordinator for places to visit at Davao del Sur, one of the hotspots declared by COMELEC. Sta Cruz is a militarized area with many residents victims of harassment.
3 PM: Visit, observation, intereviews at Buhangin Elementary School, District 2, Davao City. The team was divided into 5 sub groups for the 24 precints of the school. Testing of some of the PCOS machines were delayed. About 15 members of the military arrived at Buhangin, Elementary School.
In the evening, the PIOM team had interviews with incumbent Mayor Duterte and Atty. Carlo Zarate of the National Union of People's Lawyers. The delegates were also interviewed by a GMA 7 Davao City. Click the images below for bigger versions:
