Judilyn Oliveros and her newborn returned to Bicutan

Judilyn Oliveros, one of the illegally detained 43 health workers (also known as the Morong 43) is seen here taken from the hospital and returned to the BJMP detention facility in Bicutan in handcuffs and on a wheelchair. The Morong, Rizal Regional Trial Court denies her motion for release on recognizance and orders her back to Bicutan with her baby.

Although the Department of Justice has withdrawn its opposition to the motion filed by Judilyn's lawyers but the court just the same denied the motion for release. The grounds are unclear as of posting.  She is seen here unable to hold her newborn baby. Both mother and child are now inside the Bicutan facility.
