CHR lectures justice official on laws and Constitution

In this second episode of Ngayon Na, Bayan! Podcast, the Commission on Human Rights lectures a DOJ official on laws and the Constituion of the Republic of the Philippines. Specifically, the issue is whether the CHR has the authority to investigate alleged human rights violations against the 43 health workers arrested and detained by the Philippine Army and the Philippine National Police.
