In this fourth episode in a series about the Commission on Human Rights' Morong 43 hearing about alleged human rights violations charges against the Philippine Army and Philippine National Police, Ngayon Na, Bayan! Podcast focuses on Police Supt Mario Balonglong.

Under intense questioning, the police officer fails to convince the commissioners his unit followed due diligence in securing a search warrant and implementing it.  The officer also perjured himself by giving contradictory and false testimony.
