Human rights and people's organizations led by Karapatan held a rally welcoming Valentine's Day and urging the Government of the Philippines (GPH) and the National Democratic Front of the Philippines (NDFP) to talk about peace based on justice. Urging especially the GPH to prosecute human rights violators as a step in ending the climate of impunity in the country.
