lintek tlga yang kfc na yan! mga inosenteng crew na nagtatrabaho ng maayos ay tinanggal nila ng bigla-bigla. Tapos nag conduct pa sila ng polygraph eh alam naman nilang bawal yun sa ngalan ng batas.. Oo, totoong mahal namin ang kompanya dahil mahigit 3 taon na kaming naninilbihan dito tapos tanggalin kami ng ganun lang..

Dapat pag-isahan natin ang ating complaints and explore the possibility of a class suit against its different companies and officers ng KFC.

Kayong mga customers, sana maantig din ang inyong damdamin. Ako,parang mas gusto ko na ang Andok's o Baliwag. Itong KFC galing sa ibang bansa tapos dito sa pilipinas ang ginagawa nila'y malawakang K-kickout and F-fire C-crew ? Maatim ba ninyong tangkilikin ang isang kumpanyang nagkait ng kabuhayan sa maraming crew ?

Mga mahal kong kasama sa pakikibaka. May tagumpay kapag kayo ay magdemanda. I filed a case against Jess Montemayor, Jay Lazaro, Food Fest Land,Inc,Wholesome Foods,Hi-Flyers and Open Link for constructive dismissal and illegal dismissal with prayers for separation pay,moral and exemplary damages and other money claims. Just recently, NLRC handed down a decision which to a great extent upheld my contention. THe 1st Division has ordered the above-mentioned persons and companies to pay me separation pay,backwages for a certain period, balance of my salary and other benefits, and moral and exemplary damages. This is a major victory because the decision of the 1st Division established the culpability of all the REspondents and even ruled that MONTEMAYOR and LAZARO should be held accountable in their ownpersonal capacities. THe decision also asserted that the REspondents employed MALICE and BAD FAITH in WANTON and MALEVOLENT manner and for this they were ordered to pay me moral and exemplary damages.
I held a middle management position when I was terminated. WAla akong masamang record and I was the recepient of a very rare recognition for job excellence. I was able to deliver 64 Million worth of rental savings for this company.11 years I served and 11 years I served the company well. Yet, for reasons only Montemayor and Lazaro can understand,I was subjected to CONSTRUCTIVE DISMISSAL and later on was illegally dismissed by MONTEMAYOR. LAZARO recommended my dismissal with an e-mail containing 24 sentences and 19 lies. Before this experience,I never thought that a person can lie 19 times in 24 sentences but I guess even evil has its share of miracles. Sa kabila ng mga kasinungalingang ito, ikinalat pa ni Montemayor and e-mail na ito ni Lazaro and directly ordered all officers and the people under them to be "UNREASONABLE" to me. I have never imagine that they will even resort to this kind of pusilaminity. Lazaro even went to the extent of warning other companies fromhiring me. THeir unreasonable wrath and misguided attitude towards me has searched and followed me even beyond my employment with KFC. Pero and commission po ay nakita ang malaking injustice na ito at sila po ay nagbaba ng kaukulang pagpapasya. Ihave submitted overwhelming evidences to prove this at kung gusto po ni Montemayor at Lazaro na gamitin ang poligraph nila para malaman kung sino sa amin ang sinungaling, handa po ako bastat sila ma'y tatalima rin sa proseso ng polygraph.
Lumaban po ako ng walang abogado at sa kabila nito I have received a favorable decision from NLRC because TRUTH and GOODNESS is on my side. KAyo po ay nararapat na lumaban din sapagkat kayo ay nasa panig ng katwiran. Magkaisa tayong lahat! Ang katarungan ay makakamit natin
