Rights commission investigate Army's illegal detention and alleged torture of Morong 43

Last February 25, 2010, Commission on Human Rights (CHR) Chairperson Atty. Leila De Lima personally received the complaint filed by the lawyers and relatives of the 43 illegally detained health workers against the 2nd Infantry Division of the Philippine Army.
